New application forms for residential and business fax lines should be filled and submitted at any branch of the Etisalat along with the following documentation:

Residential Telephone/Fax

Passport copy including visa or for UAE national an identity document
Tenancy contract/house ownership/proof of right of occupation

Business Telephone/Fax

Copy of valid trade license
Copy of Power of Attorney if applicable
Passport copy of partners/owner
Tenancy Contract
