their understanding of local tradition culture and

their various skills and areas of knowledge. they all
have a proven track record of success in education
management. This success stems from the clear vision
they carry in education and its application to the

Staff:
The staff are a team of qualified, experienced and
dedicated teachers of the highest calibre. Teachers
have been recruited world-wide for the national
curriculum for England and have been hand-picked on
the basis of their experience gained in renowned and
international schools in both the Private and public
sectors. Arabic and Islamic Studies teachers also have
excellent qualification experience.
Curriculum:
Broadly based on the national Curriculum for England,
the subjects that are taught are English, Mathematics,
Science, Art and Design, Information & Communication
Technology, Design & Technology, Physical Education,
Geography, French, Islamic Studies and Social Studies.
All subjects other than Arabic, Islamic and Social
Studies are taught in English. Additionally there are
special classes for Non-Arabs.
Our curriculum ensure that culture considerations of
the host country are integral to all that is taught in
all subject areas. Your child will be educated to the
highest standards within a UK educational framework in
a worm, friendly, secure and conservative environment.

Extra-Curricular Activities:
The school is appropriately named the School of
Creative Science because it places great emphasis and
importance on developing creativity. the school
provides its pupils with an array of opportunity to
develop creativity in all areas of their
learning, not just in the arts. Some examples of the
extra-curricular activities are: public speaking
clubs, debating societies, writing and journalism
clubs( which produce the school magazine and other
materials), Spotlight ( the school's acting,
production and general performance club), Qur'an and
Hadith Club and a Computer club and horse riding.
the school also offers a wide range of sporting
activities. Through active participation in the SCS's
extra-curricular activities your child has a choice in
his or her own social, physical emotional and
intellectual growth. Through an innovative and
comprehensive educational system, the school' aim is
to instill in our pupils confidence, self-esteem and
life skills that will lead them to become valuable
contributors of society.
Facilities:
The school building and general facilities are of the
highest standard. SCS is located in the Muweileh
district. Boys and Girls are segregated from year 4
(G4) upwards.
SCS school has its own impressive facilities including
a sports hall, a swimming pool, 3 separate playgrounds
with shaded areas, two computer labs, a science lab
and a spacious library. A separate Foundation Unit,
specially designed and equipped for the crucial early
years of your child's life opens this September.
Technology is core to the general administration and
running of the school as well as being central to all
areas of learning. The school is technologically
advanced including the use of fiber optics. it is well
equipped and the most effective learning resources,
and educational aids are also part of the general
provision of the school.
